Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka Home Delivery: 24-48 hours

Outside Dhaka Delivery: 24-72 hours

Delivery time depends on the courier service—usually 1–2 days inside or outside Dhaka. We use Sundarban, Pathao, eCourier, etc. Delays may occur due to courier issues.

Order processing and delivery time may be delayed due to stock issues, promotional offers, sale periods or other management issues.

Order Confirmation Payment Required

An advance payment of 100–200 BDT or more is required for order confirmation, depending on the product type and order amount.

Delivery Charge Details

Inside Dhaka: 60 Tk Only

Outside Dhaka: 120 Tk – If the product price exceeds 2000 BDT, an additional 10 BDT or 1% COD charge will be added for every 1000 BDT (as per courier policy).

Example: For a 3000 BDT product price, the delivery charge becomes 120+10=130 BDT, making the total 3130 BDT.

If you choose full prepayment, the 1% COD charge will be waived. Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, bKash, other Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Credit Card or EMI

Full Pre-payment / Partial Payment might required Outside Dhaka Courier, We’ll call you for further process & pre- payment details.

Note: For areas outside Dhaka City metro, including places like Savar, Tongi, Keraniganj, Demra, and similar locations, a 1% COD charge is applicable due to the courier company’s policy.Delivery charges may be higher than usual depending on the product’s size, weight, and quantity (e.g., fans, air purifiers, Home appliances & large items, it depends on courier policies.

Fragile items may incur additional handling charges. We ensure all products are packed securely and delivered in excellent condition.

Prices and stock are subject to change at any time due to updates from the dealer or distributor, and actual stock/price may change if central stock runs out. Since there are thousands of products on our website, it’s not always possible to update stock status or prices immediately, and occasional errors may occur.

5. Before making full payment, please confirm the product’s actual stock by contacting us via text or call.

6. After receiving the parcel from delivery man, Before opening the box of the product, must make an unboxing video from the complete packaging condition for any type of service & warranty. Customers must send a clear video & photo of the damaged, defective, or wrong product along with the shipping packaging for accurate verification under good lighting conditions.

7. For a few days, the product must remain in its original condition—complete, fresh, and without any scratches—to qualify for a replacement, warranty, or refund. This ensures we can resolve any issues promptly and fairly. Thank you for your cooperation.

8. If you find any manufacturing problem issue after receiving, we’ll replace it instantly, must inform us within 24 hours after receiving the product for warranty service

Do not make any scratches; the product must be 100% fresh.

► Keep the small sticker on the device and product box intact. If the sticker is removed or scratched, you will not receive any service. You may remove the sticker later if you wish, but for long-term warranty purposes, please keep the box, all accessories, and stickers as they are.
